Fantastic Van
320k but runs and drives very well.
Self converted camper van that I made for the wife and I to go weekend camping with the family but ended up living out of it for 2 summers at a regional campground.
Could easily be stripped to rebuild interior and do your thing but equally with some minor tweaks it may work for you. Its comfortable for 2 adults.
Has 12v lighting / waterpump and charging points. Bed can fold to bench and van can still be used to transport boards etc.
Mechanically not bad, no major rust or issues (currently has a fault code for EGR flow) easy fix in the spring if you consider it a requirement but runs fine. No leaks or drips.
Owned for 5 years and maintained very well.
